    We arelooking for a new Analyst or Associate to join our buyside team inLondon.

    Tasks

    • Activelyidentifying and assessing potential target investmentcompanies;
    • Conduct thorough research onselected target companies including financial strategic andcompetitor analysis;
    • Analysis preparation anddrafting presentations of company profiles market and sectorreports information memorandums and transactiondocumentation;
    • Collaborate with senior teammembers in marketing and originationactivities;
    • Assist in preparing historical andprojected financial statements;
    • Analysis offinancial implications of mergers and acquisitionsand
    • Conduct valuationanalysis

    Requirements

    • Aneffective team player and highly motivated selfstarter with strongcommunication skills tenacity and market researchskills;
    • Excellent interpersonal presentationaladaptability and time management skills;
    • Strongacademics with a completed university degree in fields such asEconomics Finance Accounting Business or a science study withfinancial affinity;
    • Previous experience withexposure to transactions from within Corporate Finance TransactionServices Consulting or Private Equity. Operational/inhouseexperience will also be considered (minimum 1 yearexperience);
    • Strong knowledge of finance andaccounting;
    • Highly proficient Excel andPowerPointskills
