Legal Counsel
Full-Time, Hybrid
My client is a global pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving the lives of consumers and patients.

As they continue to expand their operations, they are offering a unique opportunity for a junior/associate level solicitor to join their dynamic and innovative legal team.

Including but not limited to distribution, manufacturing, IT/software, and marketing agreements.
Provide advice on compliance & regulatory issues to ensure adherence to regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
Maintain the contracts management database.

Must have experience within the life science industry (Biotech/Pharma), either in-house at a life science company or within a law firm being focused primarily on the life science sector.

Experience with corporate & commercial contracts/agreements, e-commerce, IP, compliance, dispute resolution, and data protection.
Strong knowledge/experience of the pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to simplify complex legal jargon to both legal & non-legal stakeholders.
