  • Booking viewings and valuations
  • Collecting feedback following viewings
  • Ordering tenant references and inventories
  • Producing tenancy related paperwork
  • Processing tenancy renewals & rent increases
  • Property performance reviews for properties on the market
  • Listing new properties to let
  • Referring clients to our partners
  • General administrative duties
This is an office based role. You will not be required to conduct viewings, valuations, inventories, inspections, etc. There is the potential to progress in this role (valuer, lettings manager, etc).

Hours & Salary
Salary/commission structure negotiable depending on experience.

A full time (approx. 36.5 hours per week), permanent position working out of our brand new office on Allerton Road, L18.

You will be required to work 5 days a week including every other Saturday (you will have a day off in the week on the week you work a Saturday), day to be agreed.

Our office is open Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm.

We are closed on Sunday and bank holidays.


Essential Criteria

  • Previous lettings experience
  • Computer literate

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (we love a good sense of humour)

  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills

Our managed lettings portfolio consists of circa 300 properties which are all situated in the South Liverpool area.

We do not take on new properties unless they meet our high standards and we have fantastic relationships with our landlords and tenants as a result.

We do not offer student lettings but do manage a handful of HMOs. The majority of our lettings are self contained houses/apartments let to families/young professionals.
