About the role
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Chiswick Business Park, West London.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in facilities management to join an international company.


The Facilities Coordinator will oversee all activities inside the office, making sure that health and safety standards are met and arranging for repairs when needed.

The Facilities Coordinator will report to the Facilities Manager and help with the dailybusiness and recurring tasks such as maintenance, waste management, safety and fire equipment inspections, tracking expenses, coordinating with external vendors,


Key responsibilities
Maintenance

  • Ensuring the building meets standards worthy of International SOS by visual checks throughout the day.
  • Reception cover as required.
  • Assist with office maintenance and management.
  • Manage and report on stock levels.
  • Sort and deliver incoming and internal mail.
  • Change out waste and recycling bins at peak times.
  • Locker assignment and audits.
  • Conduct Security Audits.
  • Producing and modifying access cards
Occupational Health & Safety

  • Daily/weekly health & safety and fire equipment inspections.
  • Take ownership of the compliance tracker, ensuring all statutory compliance checks are carried out in the specific time set.
  • Workstation assessments.
Training

  • New Starter Health & Safety inductions
  • Arrange annual training for First Aider and Fire Marshals.

About you

  • Selfstarter, proactivity is key
years previous experience

  • Need to have a high level of pride in their environment as it is a reflection of them
  • Need to be willing to come in over the weekend
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours. This may vary on tasks/projects
  • Fluent in written and oral English
