    Community Integrated Care are on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and are looking to recruit a Mobilisation Manager to join our Business Development Team in the North West .

    This is a full time, permanent post and can be based remotely anywhere in the North West but must be able to travel across the area and to our Wavertree Office in Liverpool.


    You can work your full time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend, or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.


    • Remote Working Do you want to work from home? Or do you prefer being in an office? With this role you have the option of working remotely or from the Wavertree office in Liverpool - or a blend between the two You'll need to be able to travel to the Wavertree office and around the North West.

    You will be our new business linchpin - planning and managing the establishment and implementation of new business in the region.

    You'll be the key person to ensure that we bring new business in well - on time, in budget, and ensuring that all contractual requirements are considered to enable high quality service delivery.

    Having brilliant conversations - engaging with people to understand the requirements of the new contract, and the requirements of each team to make sure we can deliver


    • Supporting the local teams with the embedding and integration of our new services - establishing and implementing new tech, policies, reviews etc
    • Engaging with the bid and tender process, ensuring that the tender offer is realised through implementation and integration


    Previous experience of mobilising new services in a social care setting, managing a significantly sized portfolio of mobilisations and people management and influencing skills.


    • The successful candidate will have experience working with local authorities, CCG's, public sector organisations, possess good financial management skills and the ability to successfully time manage when leading cross-organisational change as part of projects.
