    The Grace Eyre Foundation is a charity based in Brighton & Hove and the wider Sussex community that has been working with people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people since 1898.

    Our mission is to work towards being led by people with Learning Disabilities and autistic people to deliver high-quality housing, support and activities in their local communities.

    This position will be supporting the Northern services which include supported living and outreach support.

    The role as Team Leader is to ensure we deliver service user led support, you will work alongside the service manager in building rotas, reviews for the service users, supervisions for the support team and working directly with the service users.

    Having knowledge of organising rotas you will be responsible for arranging weekly shift patterns which meet the needs and the people we support.

    The role also requires shift patterns for early mornings, lates and sleep in if required.
