    Description

    We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join our busy long established business in the rural town of Tenbury Wells.

    This is an exciting opportunity to take over an existing and varied caseload with the potential for Partnership for the right individual.


    JOB TITLE:
    Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer


    SALARY:
    £55,000 to £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

    Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, West Midlands


    JOB TYPE:

    PermanentJOB OVERVIEWWorking as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer you will be dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters, both commercial and residential, as well as some residential conveyancing for long standing clients.

    As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer you will have previous PQE in property law and all types of freehold and leasehold property work, as well as the ability to manage your own caseloads.

    DUTIESYour duties as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will include:
    Commercial and Agricultural ConveyancingLandlord and Tenant Matters, both commercial and residential Some residential conveyancing for long standing clientsDevelopment acquisition and plot salesOption and overage agreementsPromotion agreements Collaborating with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountantsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPrevious PQE in commercial and agricultural property lawA good working knowledge of all aspects of property lawExperience with all types of freehold and leasehold property workAbility to manage your own caseloadCompetence in progressing commercial and agricultural property transactions and subsidiary documentsAttention to detailSelf-motivation and reliability BENEFITSHybrid working available - minimum of 3 days in the officeAn attractive salary (up to £85,000 based on experience)Partnership potentialFull Secretarial supportFree On-Site ParkingPaid Leave over the Christmas Period at the discretion of the partners
