J110330DDue to recent wins, we are recruiting in across the UK for numerous Protection & Control Engineers.

You will be accountable for the following tasks including but not limited to:
Carrying out detail design works including the protection and control aspects of different projects

• The work includes
• SLD,
• KLD, schematics, wiring diagrams functional specifications, setting reports, coordination and discrimination studies, telecom, network architecture,
• SCS, cable sizing and voltage drop,
• LVAC and LVDC load calculations and sizing, technical specification for P&C equipment, battery and UPS systems.

Carry out CDAE for P&C discipline Carry out P&C Design Assurance activities Ability to attend and chair the design review and Hazard review meetings and reviewing P&C design packages as required. Attending site visits, FAT and SAT as required.


You'll need to have:
HND or Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications and experience. Proven extensive experience in P&C design of substations in UK Good knowledge of electrical codes and standards

• Full UK Driving Licence.
