    Our client has an opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join their Planned Improvements team to carry out painting and decorating works both internally and externally on a wide range of building types, including occupied and empty properties, sheltered schemes and any other premises owned by them or those they have an interest in.

    Undertake all painting and decorating work in order to maintain all their premises or those they have an interest in.

    Undertake painting and decoration work in association with planned improvements, voids, minor works, and small new build contracts.
    Responsible for all equipment provided by Saffron including van stock, vehicle, tools and materials.
    Relevant experience and knowledge in all types of Painting and Decorating.
    A recognised trade apprenticeship, NVQ level 2 or the equivalent level of skills and experience is required.

    Ability to use a mobile device (mobile phone/tablet) to manage workload, send and receive emails, access apps to order stock and MS Teams for meetings / training.

    Ability to participate on the out of hours call out rota.
    Full, current, valid driving licence.
