    Key Responsibilities

    • Working with the offsite shared service centre to ensure the transactional requirements are delivered within the agreed SLA's.
    • Manage the employee life cycle activities for all employees which would include checking and validating payroll inputs for all countries.
    • Manage benefits administration and manage all third party portals and providing the relevant information as required for reporting purposes.
    • Maintain HRIS and supporting systems to ensure data integrity.
    • Filing and maintenance of records.
    • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
    • Supporting internal auditing to ensure optimum quality standards and identify potential process improvements.
    • Manage the EMEA HR mailbox.
    • Complete defined tasks accurately and thoroughly within time expectations and quality standards.
    • Facilitate cross-functional interaction and work closely to achieve the business's objectives.
    • Escalate issues where and when appropriate.

    Job Requirements

    • Previous experience in a similar HR role.
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills across a variety of levels within a business.
    • Demonstrate awareness of general industry standards and legislation.
    • High level of drive, motivation, and enthusiasm coupled with a positive approach and can-do attitude.
    • Ability to cope with rapid and frequent business change.
    • Tech Savvy – with high capability with Excel, informational systems, and Office 365.
