    The Asset Management Reliability Specialist is integral to Alpine Energy's objective of upholding and advancing the reliability, lifecycle strategies, and maintenance practices of its electrical network, ensuring the safety and security of all customers.

    This pivotal role involves conducting asset reviews, formulating maintenance strategies, and leading the condition monitoring programme within the Asset Management team to guarantee the ongoing reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency of our assets.

    The role's principal responsibilities include leading the Network Asset Condition Assessment Programme to uphold safety, performance, and resilience standards.

    Daily tasks also encompass responding to network maintenance inquiries, addressing asset-related issues, defects, and faults, and aiding in the analysis and rectification of these defects.

    Moreover, this role is crucial in creating Network Maintenance Standards and driving improvements in the Asset Management & Works Planning System, aligning with compliance requirements and modern practices.

    Experience in maintenance and asset management of Electric Power Distribution systems

    • NDE (Level 4) or NZCE with a bias to "Heavy Electrical"
    • A minimum of 2 years in a capacity covering applicable assets
    • Knowledgeable of Supply Regulations, NZ Electrical Codes of Practice, Health & Safety in Employment Act, applicable AS/NZS Standards and IEC Standards
