We are looking for an enthusiastic Experienced Customer Service Advisor to work at JJ Cookson, a family Peugeot Car Dealership in Macclesfield Town Centre.

The position will be full time, with no weekends and offers great rates of pay to the right person, with a great bonus structure and pension.

Customer Service Advisors at JJ Cookson are key members of staff who uphold our company ethos to deliver customer service of the highest level.

This responsible role in our Service department involves a high level of organization, great telephone skills and a genuine interest in delivering a great customer experience.

You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and able to show great attention to detail, while always being a friendly point of contact for customers and staff in person or on the phone.

Day to day duties will include answering the phones, taking work bookings, dealing with customers queries, estimating jobs, invoicing and any admin needed working in a busy Car Dealership reception.
