At Arowhenua Whānau Services our purpose is to ensure that the needs of Māori living in the Takiwā of Te Rūnanga o Arowhenua are responded to in an appropriate way by bringing whānau, hapū, iwi, and Māori community development into a relationship with health, social services and education provision.

Removing barriers to access immunisation services e.g. providing transport.
Increasing opportunities for whānau to access immunisation services.
Increasing whānau knowledge around the importance of immunisations.

Be provided free to whānau in a range of settings, including but not limited to, marae, kura and schools, kōhanga reo, mobile clinics, private homes, and community settings.

All whānau members that reside within the household will be offered and encouraged to engage in immunisation services.
Be accessible and innovative and raise awareness of the benefits of immunisations in communities.
