Hamiltonian Dynamics is a start-up based in Gloucestershire, Manchester and London working in the Defence and Cyber Security industries. We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our growing technology team in our next phase of expansion.

Requirements

The role will be varied and provide exciting challenges, here are some of the responsibilities you can expect:

Act as the Scrum Master for the team to:

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies
• Promote and coach on agile principles and continuous improvement
• Support the Product Owner in owning and managing the product backlog
• Remove impediments and help the team to resolve conflicts
• Facilitate communication between the team, Product Owner and stakeholders
  
  

Act as the Delivery Lead for the project to:

• Track and communicate delivery metrics, status and risks to stakeholders
• Report on delivery performance against Product Goals and Project objectives
• Ensure the necessary resources are available to enable the team to deliver
• Managing and monitoring stakeholder relationships

Our Process

We like to keep things nice and simple Therefore, we only have a two stage interview process. The first is a chat with our recruiter, Sarah, and the next is a 1 hour Teams call with two of the team. Due to the nature of the role, you must be a UK Citizen and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years. This role requires you to already hold a high-level security clearance prior to joining.

Customer sites are based in Gloucestershire and Manchester and you must be willing to travel to one of these sites.

The salary banding for this role is £60-85k, depending on experience.
