    Successful candidates will on a variety of projects - large and small across the region.

    Project work is varied with active projects across a range of sectors including but not limited to Town Centre Regeneration, Commercial, Mixed Use and Residential.

    A core element of our client's residential work is both at the delivery stage acting for national housebuilders, but also at the strategic land promotion stage, working on behalf of land owners, promoters, landed estates and housebuilders.

    THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare advice to clients; * Working both alone and with team members to develop planning strategies; to prepare programmes and review information; * Drafting and/or reviewing reports, co-ordinating the preparation and submission of planning applications/ appeals and representations.

    * Supporting business development opportunities * Providing planning advice to clients and attending meetings.
