I have an exciting opportunity to work with a world class leadership and management development company. They are looking for an exceptional individual to work with their clients as a Client Relationship Manager.
For 13 years, they have been delivering leadership and management development programmes all over the UK and internationally.

They are looking for the right people to continue the great work achieved so far, whilst also bringing innovation and product developmentto their organisation.

The business has grown with some of the world's best-known brands exclusively through word of mouth and delivering the highest quality leadership and management development at all levels from first line team leaders to executive boards.

You will be responsible for ensuring that clients' accounts run smoothly and will be their first point of contact.

You will also be exploring all the clients training requirements to ensure that they are aware of all of the options available to them.

They are fairly unique and have a fully employed team of professional specialist facilitators, quality coaches, functional skills tutors, administrators and leadership team.

They never subcontract work out and maintain complete control over the quality of theirproducts and services.

The package available for Client Relationship Manager:

  • Basic salary of £ £35000.
  • 22 days holiday plus public holidays and additional gifted days at Christmas.

Purpose of the role of Client Relationship Manager:

  • Take responsibility for the overall completion of clients' programmes, taking the necessary actions to ensure the programme is successful and compliant.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients and senior level contacts and manage stakeholders effectively and take full responsibility for the daytoday delivery of client programmes.
  • Ensure effective communication of programme/project briefs to the internal team to support creation of asana project plans.
  • Liaise with client regarding mobilisation of programmes and regularly monitor and report to the client on the progress of each programme ensuring escalations are communicated.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure programmes are implemented and client requirements are achieved plus report financial aspects of programme delivery to Finance Director to enable timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Support the Operations manager to manage resource across the team through decision making and support the Head of Facilitation to ensure utilisation of facilitators is effective.
  • Communicate with the Head of Quality regarding quality coach allocation.
  • Interpret data and information accurately and present in an appropriate format for the audience.
  • Adapt communication style to match client's tone of voice and culture.
  • Review trends across programmes and liaise with stakeholders accordingly.
  • Deputise for Account Director where required and report to the Operations Manager you may be required to perform other duties to support the company objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required for the role of Client Relationship Manager:

  • Experience working as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager ideally within the Work-Based Learning sector.
  • Up to date knowledge of Apprenticeships standards, funding, and government training programs.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets and customer expectations.
  • Adapt communication style to match client's tone of voice and culture.
  • Ability to interpret data and information accurately and present in an appropriate format for the audience.
The ability to work at a fast pace in a demanding environment is essential.

You will need to have a high level of capability and be able to show resilience and a desire to be part of a small business.
