Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can utilise your experience and knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Engineering to inspire the next generation of engineers? A client of mine is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Electrical Engineering Instructor to share their knowledge and expertise, at their well-established Small Private Training Company located in East Sussex. They have been operating for over 30 years specializing in providing high-quality engineering apprenticeship programs. They are ideally looking for somebody to start on either a part-time or full-time permanent basis in September 2024.

Job Description

Teach and mentor level 2-3 apprentices in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, both theoretical and practical
Assess and provide feedback on student progress
Create and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience
Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey
Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program

Required Skills and Experience

1. Hold a relevant qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
2. Have industry experience in a related field
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
