    Job Description Are you a Marketing and Communications Manager looking for an opportunity to join a leading Not-For-Profit organisation in Birmingham? This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £45k-£50k.

    This role is based in Birmingham and will be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

    This role will be reporting to the Head of Communications and working as part of a team of 7 while working closely across other departments and with a range of stakeholders.

    A great role if you are looking for that long-term step in your career. As Communications and Marketing Manager you will be planning, developing and delivering the comms and marketing strategy. You will be helping the team to deliver a strategic plan to achieve their goals.

    You will be leading a team of 5 across marketing, comms and creative, helping them to grow and develop in their career while delivering brilliant marketing and comms campaigns.

    You will have experience in owning a marketing and comms strategy and have experience across the different touchpoints
    Brilliant commercial experience with an eye for the data
    Experience in leading a small team and passion for helping nurture others and acting as a mentor
    Experience developing campaigns across marketing, digital, social, email, PR, media and events
    Strong experience in stakeholder management and confident in working with people and talking to senior level people
