    Who will you be working with?

    With a patented technology backed by a decade of revolutionary research, our client's cutting-edge product combines microfluidic analysis with AI and their patented technology to revolutionise the maritime, energy, and manufacturing markets.

    After 8 years of solid growth, they are not looking for an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to support them with an exciting range of new products/projects as they continue to develop.

    What will you be doing?

    As their Senior Electronics Designer, you'll support the team as they transition from proof-of-principle technology development to a structured, medium-volume manufacturing environment.

    You'll provide the technical know-how to support them across defining, delivering, testing, gaining regulatory approval, and ultimately maintaining the electronic hardware and firmware of the product.

    On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

    • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for critical technical choices and decisions relating to electronics and embedded firmware.
    • Project manage electronic product development scope of work tasks.
    • Deliver hardware and firmware development tasks to meet the strategic business priorities.
    • Assure the quality of electronic hardware and embedded firmware design, manufacture and operation.

    To hit the ground running, you'll have:

    • A substantial amount of experience in electronic product development. This is a senior role, so we ideally seek around 5+ years of experience.
    • Experience working within embedded systems projects.
    • Comfort working with PCB assembly (I.e., Altium), microcontrollers, embedded software (C/C++), and high-level programming code.
    • The unrestricted right to work in the UK indefinitely. Please note that we are unable to consider candidates requiring visa sponsorship for this role.
