PPC & Ads Executive - Banbury, United Kingdom - Plus One
Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and leading the digital advertising strategy and activities including social media advertising, display ads, retargeting, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and App Store Optimisation (ASO), including endtoend campaign management
- Positioning and Ads in front of the right audience at the right time to drive awareness, acquisition and retention
- Creating, developing & implementing effective long and shortterm paid search strategies
- Overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Social Media ads, Bing)
- Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research
- Managing and editing campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimise
- Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spend
- Reporting KPIs to management
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify call to action on ads to boost clickthroughrates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Ensuring campaigns are aligned across multiple channels, avoiding wasted spend or crossover
- Working closely with our content and design teams to ensure worldclass copy and design, and ensuring all creative work aligns with brand guidelines
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of demonstratable experience in PPC & Digital/Social adverts
- Strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel, customer journey and retargeting strategies to support audience growth/data capture and conversion on the product
- Knowledge of Ad display networks, Google Ads, Meta ads and Business Suite
- Tracking, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns
- Strategising paid campaigns, briefing and delivering content across key digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Search and Display
- Knowledge of other appropriate MarTech and AdTech stacks and technology
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written & presentation
- Personable, collaborative, creative and accountable in nature
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working, 1/2 days a week in the office (Hybrid working)
- Working Hours 9:30 am to 5 pm (32.5 Hours a week & flexible start times)
