    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French language and culture, with the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons for students.


    Duties:

    • Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
    • Instruct students on the proper use of the French language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
    • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation
    • Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance their language skills
    • Incorporate cultural elements into lessons to broaden students' understanding of Frenchspeaking countries
    • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall language program

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in French or related field; Master's degree is a plus
    • Proven experience as a French Teacher or similar role
    • Proficiency in both written and spoken French
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
    • Familiarity with language teaching technologies and resources
    • Certification in teaching French as a foreign language (DELF, DALF) is desirable
    This is a September 2024 start.
