An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a small, 14-19 secondary school in Liverpool. This 'GOOD' Ofsted rated secondary school is based in Liverpool city centre so is easily accessible by public transport.

The school are looking to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 4 pupil on a 1:1 basis to assist their learning experience throughout the school day.

The role is to start immediately and will continue until July 2023. The rate of pay will range from £75 - £90 a day depending on experience.

You will need:

To work collaboratively with the SENDCo and other members of staff;
You will have the opportunity to work with students of different abilities and backgrounds.
To make a positive impact on the students education.

- be responsible for making learning as accessible as possible for the Key Stage 4 student whilst being empathetic and patient, ensuring they are as engaged as much as possible.

The successful applicant will need:

To have experience of working with young people OR hold a Teaching Assistant qualification.
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
