Concern Worldwide (UK) is looking for a permanent Team Leader to join a diverse, friendly, and supporting Direct Dialogue team.


About the role:


The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving Direct Dialogue targets through positive coaching, motivation, and fundraising, while ensuring team's compliance with Concern policies and code of practice.

Team Leading, fundraising, and other relevant duties as required by the Management team.

To assist the Direct Dialogue Department, achieve its fundraising targets for Regular Giving, and provide Concern Worldwide with funds to carry out Relief and Development work in countries of operation.

The post holder will be the first point of contact for the Management Team and liaise with fundraisers and members of the public.

Contribute to the overall team spirit ensuring fundraiser's wellbeing at all times. Fulfil necessary administration to ensure the smooth running of the London Direct Dialogue Department.


About you:


You will have a minimum of 3 months Face to Face fundraising experience and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and build strong working relationships.

You will have excellent organisation skills and ability to meet targets.

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

About our office:


Our London office is located 10 minutes' walk from Clapham Junction Station, a riverside office with great views, tranquil surroundings and easy access to local amenities.

Team-leading and fundraising activities will be at variable locations throughout the UK.

Condition of Appointment:
The successful post holder will be required to complete a criminal records self-declaration form.

You will be required to work between hours per week scheduled between the hours of 10am - 6pm.


Depending on the rota and the management team's discretion, the applicant will be performing team-leading and/or fundraising activities on certain days.
