The Company:
A National Pre-cast Concrete Company specialising in the design and construction for all types of buildings and structures are looking to recruit 1 permanent Team Leader to join their expanding team

The Team Leader Role:
Be responsible for supporting the production management team to drive a Safety-First culture.
Support and show leadership to all Concrete Operatives in the Melton Mowbray facility and specifically those in your team.
Organise staff and materials to ensure business productivity and quality targets are met.


The Candidate:
Supervisory experience in a pre-cast concrete factory.
Strong people management skills.
Be able to read technical drawings.
Recognise and address potential hazards.
