As a Multi-Trades Person, you will be a key member of their maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to floor laying, with general maintenance in carpentry and plumbing. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of their customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of their housing units. This role is based in Rochester, covering areas in Dartford into Kent and as far as Folkestone.
