_ We Are Recruiting For A Powersystems Project Administrator _

  • Salary: £24,000 £28,000 dependent on qualifications and experience
  • Job type: Full time and Permanent

The aim of the role is to facilitate the administration of the project teams.

The Project Administrator will work closely as part of a team, alongside a Project Manager / Project Engineer, and will be responsible for keeping all tasks on track anticipating, and preventing, any issues that may arise before they occur.

In this proactive role, you will take the lead on the oversight of managing administrative tasks to ensure that they are actioned in accordance with the project timeline and where required liaise with teams to resolve any delays.


Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the success of the business by providing best in class administration as well as offering high quality service to our internal and external customers
  • Becoming a specialist, gaining a deep understanding of the projects that you are assigned to
  • Producing excellent reports, spreadsheets and presentations to support the project team
  • Taking ownership for the monitoring of all tasks on the action tracker
  • Embrace and demonstrate the Companys 5 Principles of: Priority No.1 Health, Safety and Wellbeing; Professionalism, Pride, Partnership and Proactive
  • Be responsible for managing the delivery of simulation studies within agreed timeframes and to a high quality that reflects Powersystems reputation as high voltage specialists
  • Build relationships with clients, and attend project handover / project coordination meetings with clients, their consultants, and DNO and provide minute taking.
  • Proactively look at ways to enhance the service offered by the business, and improve the efficiency of company processes

Heres what you need to be successful in the role:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or capacity
  • Great customer services skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise accordingly with a varied workload
  • Good IT skills, with knowledge of MS packages, databases and file sharing sites
  • A team player that is selfmotivated, with a confident and enthusiastic attitude
  • Great organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Open to change, resilient and proactive
  • Right to work within the UK without limitation
