    Main responsibilities...
    Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
    • Cooking and preparing high quality dishes
    • Supervising all kitchen sections
    • Supervising, motivating and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
    • Being responsible for health and safety
    • Being responsible for food hygiene practices
    • Ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
    • Assisting with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
    • Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelinesIdeal candidate...NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in food preparation or professional cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene (Desirable)Hours of work...
      39 hours per week on a rota basis (straight shifts) between the hours of 6.00 am and 10.00 pm including some weekends.Perks...
