OPERATIVE - HYGIENE TEAM TRAY WASH

JOB PURPOSE

To undertake the scheduled hygiene daily & deep cleaning tasks on site following Standard Operating Procedures, One Point lessons and Health & Safety guidelines/regulations.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning of areas and equipment to required standards
Inputting of data into hygiene records
Communicating to the section manager on any defects in equipment, tools and machinery, including near misses that may compromise the required standards
Correct use of chemicals
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Cleaning according to procedures to the required standards
Following all health and safety procedures
Correct use of PPE, tools and equipment
Accurate capture and input of records
