Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.

As a valued member of the team, you will provide administrative support of all workshop activities.

This includes processing and inputting completed job sheets, updating our core systems, raising purchase orders and support you'll give support to the wider team during periods of absence.

As the Workshop Administrator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by delivering what is promised, helping internal customers with whatever enquiry / problem that needs to be solved
  • Gathering information from various sources to assist in resolving complaints
  • Follow through tasks so they are completed on time and correctly; putting in the required effort to deal with sometimes high workloads
  • This is a multifaceted role with a number of work streams all running concurrently

What you'll bring?

  • You're experienced Plant and Fleet industry, within a workshop environment
  • You have solid organisational skills and like to multitask
  • Good IT and system experience (word, excel) and ideally you'll have used scheduling systems
  • You are comfortable dealing with complex customer requirements and dispute resolution
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
