Due to exceptional growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced property litigator to join an innovative, progressive practice and a firm that is going from strength to strength.

The property litigation team deals with a wide range of contract, tort and property cases from large multi-track disputes to small claims cases. The role will involve handling a caseload of complex and varied property cases predominately on the Fast/Multi Track. You will review and evaluate property claims from inception to settlement which will vary in value and complexity.

No two days will be the same in this busy thriving team and you can expect to handle cases concerning boundary disputes, property damage, disputes with landlords/tenants, trespassing and nuisance neighbours to name a few.

The ideal candidate will have a few years' post qualification experience in this area. Previous supervisory experience is desired but not essential.
