    About Our Client

    Our client is a Finance & Business Consultancy who is rapidly expanding their firm that specialises in international VAT and tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses that are located internationally and in the UK. They are recommended External Tax Advisers under the Amazon Global Selling Programme and assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers, eBay, Shopify and many other platforms.

    Job Description

    The main responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:

    Human Resources:
    • Act as the primary responder to general employee queries and manage the HR Inbox efficiently.
    • Provide vital support to the Group Senior HR Advisor in managing Employee Relations matters such as capability investigations, mediation's, grievances, and disciplinaries.
    • Offer comprehensive ER support to managers for low-risk cases and contribute to performance management initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate HR profiles on People HR, ensuring meticulous documentation storage and compliance with regulations.
    • Facilitate seamless on boarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they have necessary equipment and receive comprehensive training.
    • Proactively manage visa expiration's, ensuring timely renewal paperwork completion.
    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold Data Protection standards while updating sensitive information in internal HR systems.
    • Generate monthly HR reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Learning and Development:
    • Collaborate in the development of eLearning materials to enhance learning across various departments.
    • Deliver engaging training sessions to junior employees, fostering growth and development.
    • Oversee all aspects of the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain the competency matrix.
    • Update training records for staff, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
    • Analyse learning outcomes and provide insights to drive future training initiatives.
    • Actively promote and encourage eLearning adoption to support career advancement.

    The Successful Applicant

    The candidate for the HR Advisor role must have the following:

    • Willingness to pursue CIPD Level 5 qualification or already have a Level 5 CIPD.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in HR administration
    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
    • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Outstanding relationship-building skills and commercial awareness.
