Hackney - Primary School

Calling all passionate and dedicated individuals Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of young learners? The London School Alliance have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our partnered Primary School's KS1 team.

The Role:

Learning Support Assistants should collaboarate closely with their enthusiastic KS1 team to provide exceptional support for students with various SEND needs.
Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that caters to the unique needs of each child.
Deliver personalised 1:1 and group support, using effective strategies and interventions.
Team up with teachers and support staff to monitor progress and provide valuable feedback.
Prepare and adapt teaching materials to ignite curiosity and ensure accessibility for all students.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow colleagues.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children as a Learning Support Assistant.
A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
Demonstrated patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of children's needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team player at heart.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or special needs.
