Luddon Construction Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our small, friendly and supportive team, working within our busy Training Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule training events, meetings and other appointments
- Prepare classrooms for training courses, meetings and other events
- Training Centre administration including but not limited to course bookings, invoicing, equipment and materials ordering, updating training records and training plans, liaising with awarding bodies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as required
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Work authorisation:
- United Kingdom (required)
