Description

Luddon Construction Ltd are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our small, friendly and supportive team, working within our busy Training Centre.


Key responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organise and schedule training events, meetings and other appointments
  • Prepare classrooms for training courses, meetings and other events
  • Training Centre administration including but not limited to course bookings, invoicing, equipment and materials ordering, updating training records and training plans, liaising with awarding bodies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post as required

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)
