An exciting internal opportunity has arisen within the JMC group, the worlds leading Aviation recruitment business.


Based in Prestwick, we are now seeking a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join us to provide onsite Recruitment Support to one of our key clients.

This is a full time, permanent role.

The Recruitment Account Coordinator Main Duties:

  • Conduct JMC contractor inductions
  • Organise contractor security and identification passes
  • Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client resource coordinator
  • Liaise with client resource coordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
  • Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn
  • Help with contractor queries that are raised
  • Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Recruitment Administration Team
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client resource coordinator to manage any contractor requirements
  • Liaise with resource coordinator to manage new starters into the facility
  • Maintain appropriate client paperwork with reference to the control of tooling
Person Specification


Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a busy environment
  • Experience working in an aviation environment

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
