A challenger brand known for its premium range of condiments, is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive business growth across the South East. If you're passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and making a mark in the culinary world, this role is for you

    As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be generating and managing new business opportunities within high-end hotels, restaurants, and delis for the condiment brand.

    • Develop a high-end new business strategy aligned with company expectations and KPIs.
    • Drive new business acquisition while effectively managing secured accounts.
    • Grow and manage sales in existing specialist accounts.
    • Support the Wholesale Manager in catering to wholesale and catering customers.
    • Foster strong external relationships with customers and internal alignment with the Tracklements team.
    • Strategically manage sales channels to achieve established objectives.
    • Cultivate strong working relationships internally and externally.
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales channel plan for the SE and London regions.
    • Provide sales forecasts for key customers.
    • Handle day-to-day administration such as price lists and promotional calendars.
    • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to deliver effective marketing activities.
    • Organise and plan customer visits efficiently.
    • Participate in pricing strategy discussions and implementation.
    • Monitor and analyse sales and market trends.

    Requirements

    • Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead, fostering unified direction.
    • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at presentations.
    • Analytical and Organising: Organisational and analytical skills essential for managing roles and growing customer accounts.
    • Knowledge and Experience: Experience in sales/customer management, preferably within the food industry, with a knack for building strong customer relations.
    • Teamwork and Collaboration: Upholds company ethics and values, collaborates openly.
    • Business Information Systems: Proficient in using information systems to improve work efficiency and effectiveness.

    £35k
