We have a fantastic new vacancy for Nights Supervisor in the excellent Maldron Hotel Belfast International

Objective of the Role

To work closely alongside and support our Night Manager with a focus on hotel and guest security, operational duties as well as maintaining the agreed standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

About the Role:

As a Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the Hotel operations during the night shift which runs from 11 pm to 7am.

You will be responsible for all tasks and duties during nights, ensuring that all tasks are complete to the highest standards.

The main responsibilities of the Night Supervisor can involve;

Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service
Guest relations
Responsible for overall health & safety at night including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties e.g. first aid
Front Office duties including running the night audit report and checkin and checkout of guests
Supervising the Nights porter
Food & Beverage service at night
Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard
Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential
At least 2 years' experience working within a customer / guest facing position
Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
Eligible to work in the UK
Must be fluent in written and spoken English
