Our high-end fashion client is looking for someone to join their e-commerce team on a temporary basis as a client experience agent.

Duties:
- Provide personalised customer service of the highest level (quality and in a timely manner), managing difficult customers when necessary
- Negotiate solutions with customers to prioritise needs wherever possible
- Work within and outside the parameters of company policy to find creative solutions to customer issues
- Actively clientele our top clients by assisting with sourcing product and fulfilling requests, actively selling, and informing them of upcoming new products.
- Support our Digital Marketing team by responding to customer product enquiries across all social media platforms adhering to our SLA's
- Liaise closely with complementary departments, from sales to despatch, delivery to aftercare. Always follow up on customer orders when required to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Effectively use in house IT systems, adhering to departmental procedures. Make sure databases/ record are maintained and correct
- Continuously check all stages of the customer journey, ensuring service pages are maintained and reflect the most recent policies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as operational and commercial teams to expedite issues that are raised by the client during the customer journey
- Undertake additional administrative duties and resolve fraud incidents as required
- Undertake departmental projects and other duties as requested by your line manager
- MUST have previous experience using Zendesk
- Proven work experience within administration
- Administration and accuracy skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure
- Detail orientated, highly organised and able to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
- Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel
