  • Join our Scotland Sales team in a Hybrid role as an Office and Sales Support
    Your purpose
  • We're seeking an individual to take charge of managing our Scotland office while providing essential administrative support to the Scotland Leadership team. This dynamic position involves overseeing office operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met, managing supplies, and handling visitor inquiries. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing data to enhance the performance of our sales team.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daytoday office operations, including health and safety compliance, office initiatives, and calendar management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency across the Scotland operation.
  • Provide analytical support to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows and events within budget constraints, striving for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support.

About you:


  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
