Internal Communications Manager / 10 month Contract / Hybrid / £170 per day umbrella / East London

Overview:


My client, a global charitable foundation are looking or an Internal Communications Manager to join them until the end of October 2023.

The purpose of the role is to provide strategic and practical internal communications support for global change programmesand organisational initiatives.

Their small team of Internal Communication Managers devise creative campaigns that inform, engage, change behaviors, and ultimately improve organisational performance.


Function Overview:


The Communication team leads their global strategy and sets the professional standards for media and PR, crisis communications, internal communications, events management, and digital communications.


Role & Responsibilities:


  • To manage a large number of diverse campaigns and projects
  • Coach and encourage senior managers to own internal communication for their rea and help increase their skills in communications risks and issues and develop and implement solutions
  • Proactively build collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation

Skills & Experience:


  • Significant internal comms experience in a global organisation
  • Deep understanding of change communication strategies
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Editing experience
  • Experience of Microsoft 365 tools

Package:


  • Monday
  • Friday (9am 5pm)
  • Hybrid working
- £160 - £170 per day umbrella

  • 10 month contract
