What you'll be doing:
- Liaising with our national and international customers to understand their operations and how they will use our future products and services
- Working with the wider Future Combat Air System team, national and international partners to define and supervise the execution of studies to quantify measures of effectiveness
- Lead development teams devising methods and tools used in the conduct these studies
- Leading the analysis of study output and presenting the results to inform the development and design of our products and services
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experienced in running teams
- Experience in the planning and execution of studies
- Senior stakeholder management
- Management of facilities
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Knowledge of modelling, simulation and synthetic environments

The Operational Analysis team:
As a part of Operational Analysis team, you will have unique opportunity to with industry, government and international partners in the planning, execution and reporting of capability and effectiveness analyses in support of international aerospace research & technology, concept definition, product development and marketing as part of a multi-disciplinary STEM team.
