Are you a customer-focused and proactive professional seeking an exciting opportunity to support the Account through meeting room management service delivery? We have a vital role for a Workplace Service Navigator (WSN) to join our team and serve as a key interface with the customer, ensuring all services meet desired standards and contribute to service excellence at all times.


As the Workplace Service Navigator, your primary aim will be to ensure the smooth delivery of meeting room management services for our valued clients.

Your attentiveness and familiarity with daily activities within the building will be invaluable in maintaining high-quality standards and a seamless experience for all users.

In this role, you will take charge of overseeing various aspects of service delivery.

This includes ensuring all areas are clean and fully operational, meeting rooms are ready for use, common areas and toilets meet acceptable standards of cleanliness, and that essential support essentials, such as stationery stock levels and repairs, are promptly attended to.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the "Meeting Room Standards" requirement for each Meeting Room
  • Supporting, Visitor Hosting
  • Proactively maintain high levels of cleanliness in designated areas at all times, ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, well stocked and ready for business
  • Ensuring meetings rooms are always ready for use, testing equipment is functional and fit for purpose and replenishing stock items
  • Managing all requested vendor services, ensuring they are delivered on time and to specification
  • Supporting the provision of hospitality requirements for the Meeting Rooms
  • Presentation and reinstatement of meeting rooms
  • Ensure all reactive tasks are logged with the ISS Helpdesk
  • H&S hazard spotting, reporting and/or rectification
  • Responding to cleaning requests as required
  • Maintaining continuous support and communications all end users of the service

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience within a strong customer service environment
  • An effective proactive communicator at all levels, both written & oral
  • A very high standard of personal appearance
  • Experience of frontofhouse or hospitality within a corporate environment
  • Selfdisciplined and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to make decisions without referral to Manager
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • The ability to demonstrate a proactive, customer focused and "Can Do" attitude are fundamental requirements
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Word, Excel), able to maintain databases and link up to AV equipment, the internet, printers etc
