We're looking for a
Planned Works
Administrator to join our Utilities, South West Water team.

Within this office-based role, you will be part of a collaborative team environment, where training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.

In this role, you will be working on our South West Water contract, where we work on repairs and maintenance services to provide reliable, efficient, and high-quality drinking water and wastewater services.


In the role of Administrator, you will work closely with our site teams and Supervisor's based in Cornwall to obtain their ground works reinstatement requirements, ensuring we repair the roads and pavements after work has been carried out.

You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, and liaising with our suppliers (i.e., tarmac, concrete, and footways) to ensure we have the required tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assist in the coordination of the workforce with the issue of Works Orders via PDA and manual means
  • Feedback the details of the work carried out by the workforce and upload onto the KUDOS internal works system
  • To coordinate with the Planning Department, Workforce and Supervisors to assess problems and queries.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with the Client and provide a high level of service to the client's Customers
  • Maintain depot quality records
  • Carry out administration tasks to support the Delivery Manager and the running of the depot
