Day & Night Duty CoordinatorPermanent - 4 days on 4 days off (12 hour shifts)

Day & Night Duty CoordinatorDesignate medical jobs daily, working alongside the cargo supervisor.
Allocate all other jobs appropriately as directed by authorised logistics staff and Clients.
Advise logistics management of all unauthorised request for transport assistance.
Be aware of and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
Be able to work on a flexible work/rota schedule as required by operational needs.
Ensure that the work mobile phone is always switched on and answered when called.
Ensure each delegated task to chauffeurs is entered into the necessary logistics auditing systems.
