Head of Software Delivery

One of our large B2B clients are looking for a Head of Software Delivery to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a really exciting time as they embark on a large, exciting re-platforming project that i'm sure you'll want to be a part of
You will work with a number of cross functional teams to make sure they have the correct tools and process in place to support development as well as managing delivery to time and within budget

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a delivery lead position
• Ability to work in cross functional teams at all levels
• Experience managing technical and non technical teams
• Experience managing engineering teams and other stakeholders
• Strong technical understanding and being able to communicate this to non technical stakeholders
• Understanding of agile and waterfall project management functions
• Understanding of relevant tools and platforms (eg cloud platforms, web technologies, Client Server technologies, continuous integration and deployment), with an eagerness to learn about new and unfamiliar technologies
• Proven experience working across eCommerce technologies such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, Commercetools etc.

3 days per week in East Yorkshire office

Up to £85,000 with added car allowance and bonus.
