Role Purpose


You will be responsible for supporting the team in ensuring material is in a presentable/professional and format ready for distribution.


Role Responsibilities

  • Proofreading multilingual documents and online portal content
  • Formatting: ensuring layout/look of material is neat and professional
  • Following company style rules so content is consistent across the business
  • Data entry and updating of content using a mix of external programs and internal Fitch systems
  • Other admin duties as required

Role Requirements

  • Excellent written English and good proofreading skills are essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic HTML knowledge would be advantageous

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
This will be a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home


Experience:


  • HTML: 1 year (preferred)
