    We are seeking a meticulous and methodical IMS Manager to join our HSQE team on a 4-month fixed term contract. The primary focus of this role is to map and document internal operational processes in alignment with ISO9001 requirements. You will be responsible for populating our Integrated Management System (IMS), writing policies and procedures, and standardizing processes. This role does not include auditing responsibilities but emphasizes process documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

    What you will achieve:
    • Meet with internal stakeholders to understand and document existing operational processes
    • Produce detailed process maps to reflect operational procedures
    • Write, review and standardise operational policies and procedures.
    • Populate and upload all documented procedures to the IMS

    Who we are looking for:

    We are seeking an experienced and resilient Quality Manager to drive process documentation against a tight deadline. We are particularly welcoming applications from those with Lead Implementor or Lean Six Sigma certifications but you will need to have the following:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management.
    • Proven experience in the implementation and population of management systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting demands.
    • Excellent negotiation skills, especially with senior management.
    • Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
