    Due to expansion Dept of recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a longstanding Automotive company in Milton Keynes Fun, friendly team with room for progression

    Working alongside the sales team you will need to have a good eye for detail and be well organised to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently.

    Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

    Basic Salary of: £26,500 with OTE £30,000

    Duties in the role

    ·Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as Invoicing New/Used Vehicles,

    ·Manage a heavy workload and prioritise work schedules.

    ·Manage and update customer databases.

    ·Maintain vehicle stock books in line with purchasing and Sales.

    ·Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

    ·Coordinate preparation of customer orders

    ·Ad-hoc daily duties when they arise
