    With it's head-office in Carmarthen, this chartered accountancy firm is undergoing significant growth and is seeking an ambitious Accounts Senior to join their Ceredigion offices. With a forward-thinking approach to accountancy, my client is proud to support a progressive environment that prioritises work-life balance and professional development.

    Description

    You will be working with a variety of key clients. You will be involved with accounts preparation for SME's and OMB's, as well as having the opportunity to assist with tax compliance and planning.

    The successful candidate will be well-organised and enthusiastic. A self-motivated team player with a thorough, systematic approach and will be keen to build on your practical experience. You must be confident, outgoing and not afraid to work with clients, able to adapt to a wide range of businesses and have proficient admin and IT skills.

    Profile

    A successful Accounts Senior should have:

    · AAT level 4 qualification and be ACA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified

    · Proven experience as an Accounts Senior or in a similar role within a UK-based chartered accountancy firm.

    · Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

    · Leadership and team management experience.

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
