You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in estimating and planning. Experience of working in a similar company would be beneficial but not essential.
The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

Book in surveys for surveyor to attend
:

Collate surveyors notes to create and price quotations
:

Print approved quotations and create live job file
:

Book in works for tradesmen
:

Send tradesmen their work
:

Liaise with Contracts Manager to mange on going works

Pass completed jobs to Commercial Manager for invoicing.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Estimating & Planning: 3 years (preferred)
