    European Real World Evidence Associate Director

    Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to advance patient access with data-driven solutions?

    Join a forward-thinking biotech company leading the way in Rare Diseases Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real World Evidence professional to play a vital role in their Evidence-Generation program.

    In this role, you will:

    • Support the operationalisation of a unique data collaboration program, working with Centers of Expertise to gather and analyse real-world data.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner institutions, data providers, and regulatory agencies.
    • Develop and refine data analysis strategies to extract valuable insights from the program's rich datasets.
    • Contribute to the generation and publication of scientific outputs from the collaboration, supporting effective decision-making across various levels.
    • Ensure data outputs are readily available for key activities like health economic modeling and value dossier development.
    • Champion the program's value proposition through internal and external presentations, securing ongoing buy-in and collaboration.
    • Engage with regulators, HTAs, and payers to shape the programmes direction and optimise its impact for patients.
    • Maintain close partnerships with all relevant stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and respectful environment.

    You are the ideal candidate if you have:

    • 7-10 years of experience in Real-World Evidence generation, registry management, or similar research fields.
    • An advanced degree in health economics, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related clinical/analytical discipline related to registry-generated/ Real World data generation, management and interrogation.
    • Strong knowledge and experience with data sources and analytical methods.
    • Deep knowledge of patient reported outcomes (PROs), economic modeling, and Real-World Evidence concepts relevant to healthcare systems and payers.
    • A creative and entrepreneurial spirit, driven to find innovative solutions and maximise program impact.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • A passionate commitment to improving patient care in a field with significant unmet medical needs.
    • Experience working within a cross-functional and international team to deliver high-quality outputs in a dynamic environment.
